📣We have a first ever to announce A Scottish couple, Chris and Julie Ramsey have been working their way to this impressive goal, and now they can check it off their list. They are the first to drive from the magnetic North Pole to the South Pole. Their vehicle of choice was a slightly modified Nissan Ariya. Yes, an EV.
For nine months, the couple explored the 17,000 mile trek from one end of the Earth to the other. It's not only a testament to their strong relationship as couple... could you do it with your partner? It's a testament to their commitment to each other and to this global EV journey towards a future where fuel is clean and renewable. Cheers to limitless mobility coming soon.

💦Kia at CES Kia landed a few good splashes at CES 2024 in Las Vegas. The world famous Computer Electronic Show is the "global stage for innovation". The legendary event runs contrary to the phrase "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" because what happens at CES goes global very quickly, and affects all of us.
Kia is taking a 360 degree view of the EV transition and are designing EV parts that can be used in the most versatile notion of mobility yet; announcing their PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle) products.
While only concepts vehicles now, which are built on their easy swap technology Kia showed these models: PV1, PV5 and PV7. The PV5 may launch as early as 2025. Kia will use organic paint, recycled PET fabrics, felt and yarns. Kia's EV-9 SUV 2024 models with 3-row seating for up to 7 adults, are now available. Battery range is 270-304 miles
🖊️Kia & Uber unite At CES 2024 in Las Vegas, Uber signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kia to help it meet its goal of zero-emission by 2040, using Kia’s planned development of PBV (Platform Beyond Vehicle). The two companies want to work together to enhance the EV option on the ride hailing platform, with Kia's PV5 model. The Kia news release stated:
“Drivers on the Uber platform will also have the ability to choose Kia vehicles with a comprehensive suite of offerings that will ease the ramp up of electrification and help achieve both Kia’s and Uber’s sustainability goals.”
🏆First Bitcoin ETFs approved On Wednesday, the SEC approved BlackRock's application for a spot bitcoin ETF (Exchange Traded Fund). The application was approved for review in July, after providing more comprehensive material for the SEC to review. The SEC approved 11 applications for spot bitcoin ETFs, not just BlackRock's.
What this means is that bitcoin (cryptocurrency) is being allowed in a very limited way to have a chance on the financial stock exchange(s). The AGREEN1 December 4 issue noted that BlackRock has also filed an application for review for an Ethereum ETF.
⛓️💥SEC's X (Twitter) account hacked The Chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler had to use his personal X account to notify the public that the official SEC account had been hacked. X responded to this event by claiming that the SEC’s account lacked the two-factor authentication security measure. The FBI is investing this, so please stay tuned.
