👎Gen Z and others unlove dating app Tinder Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to kick off a new search for your soulmate. Fairytales have their methods for finding your ideal mate: Princess and the Pea, Kissing all those frogs... Well the 21st Century offers other ways! Tinder is old, boring, and offers little hope of finding an ideal person because it’s more of a “hook-up” app.
Where then can Gen Zs and others find a suitable life partner?
Snack, Schmooze, and Iris are three new dating platforms currently making a difference for thousands of young adults across the United States. These dating apps offer a range of fascinating features, such as video posting and meme sharing, which enable you to find someone that shares your personality, interests, and lifestyle. As Aaliyah sang: If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again.

🎨First NFT museum Jennifer Wong and Peter Hamilton have just pushed the boundaries of NFT. The Seattle-based entrepreneurs have opened the world’s first permanent NFT museum. The Seattle NFT Museum, which opened on January 14, aims to attract NFT enthusiasts to view unique digital arts on displace, feel them, and learn all about them from the artists who created them. The museum displays digital arts, ranging from education exhibitions to coveted pieces created by Seattle-based and international artists. It's located about 2 blocks away from the fabulous Pike's Place Market.

🏁We have another first! Penske Truck Leasing, a division of Team Penske, brought racecar driver Austin Cindric's racing car to NASCAR's 2022 Clash with Freightliner's Cascadia, an all-electric truck. While NASCAR is in most ways the opposite of "clean-green fuel" AGREEN1 is projecting that NASCAR will be 100% EV by 2030 or sooner.
🚢Cathie Wood's Ark navigates to new waters After years of investing in public companies, Cathie Wood and Ark Invest now believe it’s time to turn their eyes to privately-owned ones. Ark Invest filed with the SEC on February 3 to launch a new fund called Ark Venture Fund, which can invest in privately placed (or restricted) securities of companies developing disruption innovations.
Ark Venture Fund will invest in companies leading innovations in green energy, genomics, artificial intelligence, Web3, and blockchain technology, including companies developing cryptocurrencies and offering crypto-related services. This echoes what Larry Fink of BlackRock explained in his Annual Statement. See AGREEN1 February 7 issue for details.
👏Congratulations to Detroit and Michigan! Ford Motors and Google are teaming up to transform the abandoned Detroit train station into a mega research facility where Ford will develop its next-generation EVs and self-driving automobiles.
Google will also open a lab at the building to teach students digital skills relevant to Ford and the automobile industry at large. Ford also said Detroit and Michigan would provide programming, resources, and infrastructure to support the project.

🪴The wonders of cannabis What one cannabis derivative cannot do, another cannabis derivative will do it! Raphael Mechoulam, the Israeli doctor who discovered THC, has now discovered EMP301. Cannabidiolic acid methyl ester (EMP301)is a cannabis derivative that is more potent than THC and CBD and could cure pernicious inflammatory conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) andpsoriasis.
Raphael and EPM are currently testing EMP301 for clinical use.
